Samsung Mondi WiMAX MID Now Available for $449 (More Pictures)
After three months Samsung SWD-M100 Mondi got WiMAX Forum certification, yesterday CLEAR confirmed to have Samsung SWD-M100 Mondi WiMAX MID as the new CLEAR gear start from August 1st.
With the Mondi™, you can get a fast broadband connection through local Wi-Fi or the CLEAR network, powered by WiMAX. In fact, the CLEAR 4G network connection gives you the fastest wireless browsing and download speeds available.
Samsung Mondi has a brilliant, 4.3” (800×480) high resolution interactive touchscreen that puts your browser, camera, email and messaging literally at your fingertips. This 4G networking device is the first to combine these levels of speed, functionality and style in a pocket-sized device.
The Operating system, Windows Mobile 6.1 Classic with Microsoft® Office Mobile, gives you the ability to open and edit documents, like Microsoft Word and Excel, whether you’re in the office or not.
This device is not a phone and does not come with voice capability. But there’s a second camera on the Mondi™ – a front-facing web cam for video conference on Skype or Google Voice.

Samsung Mondi slightly looks similar to Nokia N810 WiMAX-edition ($549.99.) The Nokia N810 WiMAX edition has video call capability utilize Gizmo5 application.
