P1 commit to offer a very competitive end-to-end WiMAX solution, to realize the ultimate dream of broadband anytime anywhere.

P1 has strategy to have multi-vendor for even faster P1 W1MAX. As part of its ongoing efforts to accelerate the expansion of the nation’s largest WiMAX network, Malaysia’s first and leading WiMAX provider Packet One Networks  Sdn Bhd will collaborate with ZTE Corporation, a leading global provider of telecommunication equipments and network solutions to telecom operators all over the world, in addition to the existing partner Alcatel-Lucent.

For the time being, ZTE has successfully deployed WiMAX network in 23 countries serving for over 35 operators and will continue to excel our WiMAX development program on promise.

On Thursday, 19 March, P1 will held a signing ceremony and a media conference between P1 and ZTE, witnessed by YB Dato’ Joseph Salang, Deputy Minister of Energy, Water and Communications Malaysia.
