UQ WiMAX Speed Test at JR Shinagawa Station
On February 26, 2009, UQ Communications officially started trial UQ WiMAX service which available in the 23 Tokyo wards, Yokohama, and Kawasaki. About two million entries for the “Monitor”, but only 5000 selected by drawing.
RBBToday reported the speed test of UQ WiMAX using WiMAX USB type UD01SS plug in to a laptop at JR Shinagawa Station.

And what did he get ? The result was 11.23 Mbps downlink and 1.13 Mbps uplink.It’s not even closed to UQ WiMAX boast speed connection 40Mbps on the downlink and 10Mbps uplink.
