I got information from one of Clearwire's manager and here's what he said:
"Mac OSX and/or linux funcationallity for the USB should come within 3 months or so (is what I've been told) I hear they are in the testing phase. I use Parallels to run it on my macbook."

very disappointed with this product, very good technology but doesn't support Mac and Linux, same with Navini PCI cards and Alcatel USB adaptor.
  • I use an Linux operating system is there someother way i can use the USBw 100 series or is WiMAX Motorola going to come up with a software that both works on MacOSX and Linux. An assistance or knowledge provided would be greatly appreciated.

could you please send the software for dongle USB W100 for WIMAX
  • @Ebrahim
I don't have the software for Motorola USBw100. But actually Motorola manufactured USBw100 with the same OEM/ODM company with Alcatel-Lucent did for Aerea USB Dongle.Probably you can use the same software from Aerea. You can download the software from here http://www.aerea.nl/images/Content/WU310-ALU-R1_102408.zip
Hopefully it works for your USBw100.
